A Brief history:
From day one, FishList has been about making life easier for professionals who buy and sell seafood. It all started as an idea to make "price sheets" easier to share and has been progressing ever since.
Work began on FishList in August 2009. We spent nearly two years developing FishList before launching publicly in Spring 2011.
We've built a ton of great features for buyers and suppliers and promise to continuously look for new ways to provide even more value to our users. If there is anything we can do to make your FishList experience better, do not hesitate to contact us.

Meet the founders:
Dave Goldstein
Dave is a Philadelphia native and is responsible for the original concept of FishList. His family has been in the seafood industry for five generations. Growing up, his insider's perspective allowed him to gain a deep understanding of how the industry operates- and more importantly, what can help it to operate more efficiently. Young and determined, Dave set out to create a web-based platform that would give all buyers and suppliers of seafood the opportunity to take their businesses to the next level. Dave is a graduate of The University of Georgia (Finance) and enjoys producing music, great food, and playing golf. Dave has a dog named Roo.

Eric Spett
Eric's technical expertise was the main component in turning the FishList concept into the cutting-edge web platform it is today. For the past two years, Eric has been deeply immersed in the seafood industry and has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the trade. Eric is dedicated to working closely with seafood professionals in order to develop FishList into the most valuable industry tool to date. Eric is from Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Management Information Systems. In his free time, Eric enjoys exercising, taking trips, and knitting.
